Dec. 4 (Bloomberg) -- China’s stocks fluctuated. Angang Steel Co. gained 1.9 percent. Poly Real Estate Group Co. fell 1 percent. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index was little changed at 3,267.04 at 10:40 a.m., after gaining 0.2 percent and dropping 0.7 percent.
