Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Chinaâs output of grains could decline as much as 37 percent in the second half of this century if measures to counter the effects of climate change arenât actively implemented, Zheng Guoguang, head of the China Meteorological Administration, said in a statement on the agencyâs Web site.
