China Arrests Man Over Poisoned Dumplings Exported to Japan (BusinessWeek)

A man was arrested by Chinese police on suspicion of poisoning frozen dumplings that were exported to Japan and sickened 10 people two years ago, the Chinese Ministry of Public Security said.
