WASHINGTON â€" U.S. Rep. Gary Peters has helped collect 46 signatures of members of Congress on a letter to Japan's ambassador in the U.S. urging that country's leaders to reconsider a decision that largely restricts American vehicles from Japan's cash-for-clunkers program.
