Disney Japan to Acquire Oriental Land’s Disney Stores (Update1) (Bloomberg)

Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Walt Disney Co. (Japan) Ltd. agreed to acquire Retail Networks Co., operator of Disney retail stores in Japan, from Oriental Land Co.
