Shirakawa Says Japan Needs to Restore Finances, Yomiuri Reports (Bloomberg)

Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Japan needs to restore a healthy balance to its finances, the Yomiuri newspaper cited central bank governor Masaaki Shirakawa as saying.
