Sands China May Raise $2.5 Billion in Hong Kong IPO, E-Mail Says (Bloomberg)

Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Sands China Ltd., the Macau unit of Las Vegas Sands Corp., may raise $2.5 billion in a Hong Kong initial public offering, a document sent to fund managers today said.
