The United States isn’t the only country having a debate about health care. A reporter from Tokyo-based Asahi Shimbun, the second largest of five national newspapers in Japan, was in Dalton on Wednesday interviewing Reiko Noll, a physician assistant in the Hamilton Medical Center emergency room.
