Tropical Storm Lupit Heads to Southern Coast of Japan (Update1) (Bloomberg)

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Tropical Storm Lupit headed over the Pacific Ocean toward Japan after turning away from the Philippines two days ago and is forecast to pass to the south of Tokyo tomorrow.
