Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. , the world’s largest carrier, hired Fleishman Hillard Inc. to lobby Japanese politicians, analysts and opinion leaders as it seeks a tie-up with Japan Airlines Corp., two people familiar with the situation said.
