Nomura Said to Be in Final Talks to Buy Citigroup Japan Unit (Bloomberg)

July 1 (Bloomberg) -- Nomura Holdings Inc. , Japan’s largest brokerage, may announce as early as today it’s buying Citigroup Inc. ’s Japanese trust banking unit, three people with knowledge of the transaction said.
